PL02 - TB Lions & the Tuli Elephants
25m
All is not at peace in Kruger National Park, South Africa. The King of the Beasts, the resident lion population, is under attack. An attack from an invisible enemy that will eventually threaten every one of the 2 000 lions that call Kruger home. By night, Wildlife Veterinarian Dewald Keet takes up arms on the lions behalf. His weapons…dart guns, expertise and cunning.
Elsewhere in Kruger, young elephants frolic carefree in mud baths. But not all young African elephants are quite as lucky. 30 poor calves have suffered criminal abuse at the hand of unscrupulous animal dealers. Now they’ve become fearful and aggressive towards all human contact. Kruger Park Rangers are been called in to rescue them and assess whether they can ever be reintegrated back into the wild.
